Harry Kane starts new season with this feat for Bayern
Harry Kane has started the 2024-25 season on a strong note for Bayern Munich. He scored an injury-time goal in his side's 4-0 demolition of Ulm in the DFB-Pokal first round. As per Opta, Kane is the second player after Leroy Sane to score in his debut in the Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League and DFB-Pokal for Bayern Munich. Kane scored versus Werder Bremen in his Bundesliga debut last season in a 4-0 victory. Kane then scored versus Manchester United in the UEFA Champions League Group A clash. And now, he scored versus Ulm in DFB-Pokal.
Kane had a defining 2023-24 campaign for Bayern
Kane, who joined Bayern from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer of 2023 in a record deal, had a solid debut season. He finished with 44 goals in all competitions and registered a total of 12 assists. Kane was the top scorer in the Bundesliga with 36 goals. He made 8 assists. He was also the top scorer in the Champions League (G8 A4)).
