Harry Kane becomes Tottenham's record Premier League goalscorer
Tottenham and England striker, Harry Kane is in the form of his life. On Saturday, the 24-year-old added another feather to his cap by surpassing Teddy Sheringham's goal tally to become Tottenham Hotspur's all-time leading goal scorer. Kane scored two second-half goals in Tottenham's 4-0 win over Everton at Wembley to reach the 98 goal landmark.
Kane surpasses Teddy Sheringham's goal tally
The 24-year-old England international not just surpassed Teddy Sheringham's goal tally but did it way faster than Teddy. Kane reached the milestone having just played 135 Premier League games while Sheringham's 97 goals came in 236 appearances for the club. With Kane, yet to reach his prime years, one can only wonder how far can this lad go.

Saturday's brace against Everton also ensured Harry Kane is one amongst the most consistent goal scorers in Premier League's history. The 24-year-old is now the third player in Premier League history to score at least 20 goals in four consecutive campaigns. Arsenal legend, Thierry Henry achieved the feat 5 times while Newcastle great Alan Shearer achieved it 4 times.

Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino has tipped the striker to break all of Tottenham and England's goal-scoring records. The 24-year-old, who is in red-hot form, has already surpassed Alan Shearer's record of most Premier League goals in a calendar year with 39 and finished 2017 as Europe's top goal scorer with 56 to his name ahead of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
