    What's the story

After a stunning Premier League victory last season, Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola still does not feel his team is ready to win the Champions League.

He thinks that City's UCL semi-final against Real Madrid in 2016 was the best point in the club's history.

Guardiola has also named the clubs he considers the favorites to win the Champions League this season.

Guardiola's views on the favorites this term

The former Barcelona manager believes that Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Juventus are the favorites to win the Champions League this term.

"I believe Juventus buying Cristiano wanted to show that this year they want to win. They (have) reached the final twice, each time they get closer", he said.

Pep is also optimistic regarding Atletico Madrid's chances of performing well this term.
