Premier League club Fulham have signed Arsenal midfielder Emile Smith Rowe. The Cottagers paid an initial £27m for Smith Rowe, and add-ons could take the total valuation to £34m which is a club record deal. As per Fabrizio Romano, there is sell-on clause also included.
