#GamingBytes: Fortnite's limited time mode brings players to dance floors
Epic Games always looks to increase the variety of the limited time modes in Fortnite. This makes the gameplay more exciting and players have other objectives than to remain the last person standing. With Epic's quirky sense, this week's limited time event promises to be the most unique. The new event will involve dancing and is being called Disco Domination. Read about it here.
Step up the dance floor to earn victory
An in-game tease revealed that players would have to dance in the new limited time event. Players would be expected to capture and defend dance floors across the map and use emotes to gain points. In all probability, a squad will have to occupy four corners of a dance floor and co-ordinate moves to raise a disco ball and claim the area captured.
Who called the party poopers?
While players are dancing to defend the dance floors, it is likely that enemies will be raining bullets on them. Though the teaser in-game only talks about dancing, there have been no assurances regarding the inclusion or exclusion of guns in this mode. If guns are part of the game, players might have to build safe structures before they can shake a leg.
Get ready and put your dancing shoes on
Much would remain unknown about Disco Domination until Epic makes an official announcement. While we do not know how big each team will be, whether players can respawn, or the point system, we can expect the Disco Domination limited time event to be introduced with Season 6's first content update. This update will probably go live on October 2, or later during the week.
