Former AC Milan and Real Madrid star Kaka has picked Lionel Messi over Cristiano Ronaldo. The two legends have been involved in a debate regarding who is the better player. Kaka picked Messi, despite playing alongside Ronaldo for four years earlier at Real Madrid. Kaka said Messi is a genius and a pure talent. Here's what the former Brazilian player said.

Kaka referred Ronaldo as a machine and praised his mental strength. "Cristiano is a machine. It's not just the way he's strong, powerful and fast; he's strong mentally," said Kaka. "He always wants to win and play. To be the best. For me, that's the most incredible thing he has."

"I played with Cristiano and he's really amazing, but I'll go with Messi," Kaka said during a Q&A for FIFA's Instagram channel. "He's a genius, a pure talent. The way he plays is incredible."
