Wimbledon Day 9 round-up: Catch all the action here
Day 9 produced one of the biggest shocks and the best men's singles match of this edition at the Wimbledon. Defending champion Roger Federer's bid for a 21st Grand Slam came to an end in the quarters. With many hoping for another Federer-Nadal show in the final, this is now off the table. Rafa progressed though and so did Djokovic.
Rafa to face Djoker in semis
2018 French Open winner Rafael Nadal reached the semis of the Wimbledon for the first time since 2011. The Spaniard beat Juan Martin del Potro in a thrilling contest. Rafa prevailed 7-5, 6-7, 4-6, 6-4, 6-4 in a five-set thriller. He will now face 12-time Slam champion Djokovic. The Serb overcame Nishikori 6-3, 3-6, 6-2, 6-2 and is another prime title contender.
Federer stunned by Anderson in five sets
Federer was 2-0 up and it looked like another comprehensive victory on the cards. But South Africa's 8th seed Kevin Anderson had other plans. He snatched two sets in a row to make it 2-2, before winning a marathon final set. Anderson stunned Federer 2-6, 6-7, 7-5, 6-4, 13-11 in 4 hours and 13 minutes. He will face John Isner.

Anderson plays the best game ever
Anderson, who played the best match of his life, will look to build on this form. He had stated that he believed it was his day and that's what got him going. His next opponent Isner beat Raonic in four sets. Both players are top servers of the game, but Isner hung on after a 6-7, 7-6, 6-4, 6-3 victory.
