He amassed 973 runs in 16 innings, having registered a record four hundreds.
In the match against Rising Pune Supergiant, RCB had to chase 192 in 20 overs.
Kohli smashed his second ton of the tournament off 56 deliveries guiding RCB to an awe-inspiring victory.
Shane Watson too scored 36 off 13 balls.

The Kohli and ABD show against Gujarat Lions
Batting first, Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers added 229 runs for the second wicket after Chris Gayle was dismissed in the first over.
While the RCB skipper scored yet another century, the latter remained unbeaten and crushed the Gujarat bowlers for 129 runs.
In the bowling segment, Yuzvendra Chahal and Chris Jordon shared seven wickets as Gujarat were bundled out for 104.

In the second match of the 2009 IPL edition, RCB were up against defending champions Rajasthan Royals.

Virat Kohli's fifth IPL century propelled RCB to 213/4 at the end of 20 overs against Kolkata Knight Riders, in the 2019 season.
Moeen Ali scored a brisk 66 off 28 balls. The southpaw racked up 5 fours and 6 sixes.
KKR's Andre Russell and Nitish Rana almost pulled off a miraculous victory, but Moeen's final over denied them a win eventually.

Gayle storm at Chinnaswamy in 2013
Chris Gayle entered the records books in 2013 when he tallied the highest individual score in a T20 game.
The Caribbean superstar hammered 17 sixes and 13 fours during his 175-run knock against Pune Warriors.
RCB posted 263 on the score board, the highest ever total in the IPL history.
In a rather one sided contest, Pune were outclassed by 130 runs.

In 2011, RCB qualified for their second ever final by defeating Mumbai Indians in the Qualifier 2.
