Following the delays, Du Plessis took to social media, as he posted a tweet, venting out his frustration on British Airways.
"Finally on a plane to Dubai after a 4-hour delay. Now, I'm gonna miss my flight to India, next flight is only 10 hours later. @British_Airways," wrote du Plessis on Twitter.

Du Plessis again went on social media to say that following the flight delay, his kit bag was delayed as well, as he vented further frustration on British Airways, and described it as one of his worst flying experience.
"Wow, @British_Airways today was one of my worst flying experiences where everything went wrong. Now, just hoping I'll have my bats back eventually," he wrote.

Meanwhile, in response to du Plessis' frustration, British Airways tried to calm things down.

Next venture
Proteas to get their ICC World Test Championship campaign underway
While South Africa are currently battling India in a three-match T20I series without du Plessis, the final T20I will be played on Sunday, with the visitors trailing 0-1.
