Arsenal linked with a host of names
Arsenal are eyeing a winger and an attacking forward. The London giants have been linked with Portugal winger Gelson Martins. The player is a free agent after terminating his contract with Sporting. Reports also claim that Arsenal, along with Liverpool, West Ham and Everton are interested in Dortmund's Mario Götze. A fee in the region of £22 million could seal the deal.
Burnley submit joint bid for West Brom duo
Reports claim that Premier League side Burnley have submitted a joint bid for West Bromwich's Craig Dawson and Jay Rodriguez. West Brom were relegated after a disastrous 2017-18 season. And Europa League entrants Burnley are trying to cash in by submitting a £25 million bid for the duo. Burnley finished 7th in the Premier League standings and want to strengthen under manager Sean Dyche.
Spurs make a bid for Villa mid-fielder
Premier League team Tottenham Hotspur have submitted a £15 million bid for Aston Villa mid-fielder Jack Grealish. The talented young player has impressed one and all after a fantastic season with Villa in the Championship. But Spurs are facing competition from Chelsea for the player. Anthony Martial may be on the move away from Manchester United. The player's agent has confirmed that the Frenchman is unhappy with life at Old Trafford. Philippe Lamboley, the agent, has stated that despite United wanting him to stay, they haven't managed to find an agreement over a contract with Martial. United are expected to have the final say on this move.
