Exciting matches in Premier League match-week 3
Club football season is up and running and we have already entered the third week of the Premier League. The first two match-weeks have given us an idea about the strengths and weaknesses of each club. This week will be important for the clubs, which wish to have a strong start to the season. Here are the matches to look forward to this week.
Will Emery respond to his critics with a win?
Arsenal will host West Ham at the Emirates Stadium tonight and this is a crucial match for the Gunners since they have already lost their first two outings. Arsenal's new manager, Unai Emery is under fire from all quarters and he will want to make things right. West Ham have also lost their first two matches and are expected to put up strong resistance.
We cannot wait to see Liverpool's aesthetic football
Liverpool were exceptional in their matches against West Ham and Crystal Palace. They are up against Brighton and wouldn't want to give away points so early in the season. This season, Klopp's Liverpool look like a force to reckon with and are expected to carry on their stunning form. Brighton will also be confident, having already slain a giant in the form of United.
Will Maurizio Sarri's fairytale start to the EPL continue?
Unlike Emery, Sarri has won his first two matches as EPL manager against Huddersfield and Arsenal. This time around, the Blues will be facing Newcastle United, the team promoted this term to the EPL. Sarri's Chelsea have been in good form, but should be aware of attacks coming from the wings. Newcastle lost their first match against Tottenham, and drew another against Cardiff.
The most exciting encounter, United up against Tottenham
Manchester United will be facing Tottenham, on Tuesday and this will be one of the most important matches for Jose Mourinho in his stint with United. After the defeat against Brighton, speculations arose that he might be sacked. Tottenham, on the other side, have won their first two matches and will want to establish themselves as title contenders by defeating United.
