League leaders Manchester City equal PL record-winning-streak
Coming back from a goal down, Premier League leaders Manchester City beat West Ham 2-1 at the Etihad, in their 13th successive victory. Pep Guardiola's men have equalled the record for the longest winning run in League's history, previously set and now shared by Chelsea and Arsenal. While Otamendi scored the equalizer in early second half, David Silva netted the late winner, for City.
Arsene Wenger's men fall to United despite a good show
In a fierce showdown, between the arch rivals Arsene Wenger and Jose Mourinho, it was the tactics of the Portuguese which won an away match for Manchester United. Despite mounting an entertaining attack, Arsenal couldn't make up for conceding two early goals. This combined with David De Gea's exemplary goal keeping skills resulted in a 1-3 loss for the home side.
De Gea matches record number of saves in PL history
David De Gea, who made 14 saves against Arsenal, matched the record number of saves by a goalkeeper in a single Premier League match held by former players Tim Krul (Newcastle) and Vito Mannone (Sunderland).
Hazard scores twice as Chelsea sail past Newcastle
Premier League champions Chelsea were helped by their star player Eden Hazard who scored a brace in their 3-1 victory over Newcastle at Stamford Bridge. With this win, Chelsea are third in the league table (32 points), 11 points behind the leaders Manchester City, and three points behind second-placed Manchester United. Liverpool are fourth trailing by 3 points, completing the top 4.

Some of the other big results in Premier league include Liverpool's 5-1 away win over Brighton & Hove Albion, and Tottenham's 1-1 draw to Watford. Further, none of the bottom three teams- Crystal Palace, West Ham, and Swansea City, managed to win.
