Bairstow is enjoying the form of his life
Jonny Bairstow averages a stunning 66.88 in England in 25 ODI innings. This is the best average achieved by any batsman, who has played 15+ innings in the region. Bairstow has now scored 4 ODI hundreds in 2018. Notably, no other batsman has ever scored more centuries for England in a calendar year. Bairstow goes level with Gower, who achieved the feat in 1983.
Rashid is England's finest spinner
Adil Rashid is now the most successful ODI spinner, for England. He surpassed Swann, who has 104 wickets. In 70 ODIs, Rashid has 107 wickets at an average of 31.14. Ali and Rashid bagged 12 wickets each, breaking the record for most wickets by an English spinner in a series. The earlier record was held by Swann who had 11 wickets in a series.
It's been a tough series for Tim Paine
Tim Paine's 36 runs in the series is the worst performance by an Australian captain in a five-match ODI series. The previous record was by Steve Waugh. He had a nightmare campaign against India and Sri Lanka in 1999 scoring just 67 runs. Australia have finished the ODI series as the sixth ranked team in the world. This is their lowest ranking since 1984.

This is England's second 5-0 ODI series victory against all teams. They last beat Zimbabwe 5-0 in October 2001. This is Australia's second 5-0 ODI series defeat against all opponents. They last lost to South Africa 0-5 in October 2016.
England reset record for highest ODI total
England's 481/6 in the 3rd ODI is the highest score in men's cricket, beating the previous top score by 37 runs. The previous best was also set by England when they scored 444/3 against Pakistan in 2016.
Eoin Morgan is now England's top scorer in ODI cricket
With 5,458 runs for England, Eoin Morgan is now the nation's all-time leading run-scorer in ODI cricket. He overtook Ian Bell who scored 5,416 for England. Morgan is also the first ever batsman to score 3,000 ODI runs in England and Wales.
Roy and Bairstow have been on fire this series
Roy and Bairstow have registered 4 partnerships worth 100+ runs as an opening pair. They have gone level with Knight and Trescothick who also had 4 century stands between them.
