#IndiaInEngland: Ben Stokes recalled into England's ODI squad
England have named their ODI squad for the upcoming 3-match series against India. Ben Stokes makes a return to the squad post his left-hamstring injury. His fitness will be tested in a game for Durham Jets against Yorkshire Vikings in T20 Blast next Thursday. If he is declared fit he might get selected for the T20I series as well.
Star all-rounder has recovered from hamstring injury
Ben Stokes last played ODI cricket for England in New Zealand. The ODI series against New Zealand was his first competitive one after the England board had suspended him from cricket for his involvement in a brawl in September last year. In New Zealand, Stokes scored 141 runs and bagged 5 wickets.
Sam Curran and Sam Billings don't find a place
Sam Billings was ignoring by ECB after he scored 12 against Scotland and 11 against Australia in the recently concluded matches. Sam Curran, who recently made his debut in the fifth and final ODI against Australia, was left out despite bagging two wickets for 44 and contributing 15 with the bat. His brother Tom Curran and Jake Ball have been included.
