England look to brush Pakistan aside
England are up against Pakistan at Lord's on Thursday where they will play the first of the two-match Test series. The Englishmen will be hoping to get a win under their belt after a miserable 2017/18. England failed to win any of their seven Tests in Australia and New Zealand last season and will look to set that record straight at the Lord's.
Strauss ensures curfews are not rested
England have been plagued by disciplinary issues in the past few months. However, Strauss has ensured that the players will continue to be on their best behaviour even in his absence. The policies started by Strauss will remain in place. For instance, The midnight curfew which was established in Australia, courtesy of head-butt of Jonny Bairstow to Cameron Bancroft, will not be lifted.
