Duleep Trophy: Narayan Jagadeesan slams his ninth First-Class fifty
Tamil Nadu opener Narayan Jagadeesan played a fine 70-run knock for India B in the ongoing second-round Duleep Trophy match against India C in Anantapur. Responding to India C's first innings score of 525, India B were off to a brilliant start with Easwaran and Jagadeesan recording an unbeaten 124-run stand on Day 2. Both batters were excellent as they even brought up individual half-centuries. Jagadeesan, who returned unbeaten on 67*, could only add three runs to his total on Day 3 as Anshul Kamboj trapped him lbw.
