Indian pacer Mohit Sharma has praised the Delhi Capitals's bowling unit as the best he has ever been a part of in his Indian Premier League (IPL) career.
The 36-year-old cricketer was picked up by Delhi for ₹2.20 crore in the mega auction for IPL 2025 after being released by Gujarat Titans.
At DC, he will be teaming up with prominent bowlers like Mukesh Kumar, T Natarajan, Mitchell Starc, and Dushmantha Chameera.

Mohit acknowledges the strength of his new team
Mohit was confident about the team's potential.
"On paper yes, but we will get the clear picture after stepping onto the ground. How we will perform as a unit and will execute our plans," Mohit told ANI.
He highlighted their success would depend on how well they come together as a unit and implement their strategies.
"It's a great unit," he added, "but a player only becomes great after executing his plans."

Apart from his opinion on team dynamics, Mohit also spoke about the Impact Substitute rule.
He said he has no qualms about it as it gives chances to Indian players.
"I don't have any problem with it," he said, "If an extra player is playing that it's great for Indian cricket. It's great entertainment, keep it going."

Mohit made a remarkable IPL return in 2023, ending as the season's second-highest wicket-taker with 27 wickets from 14 matches.
