Two economical fifers
Bumrah is among the only two bowlers to claim two five-wicket hauls in IPL at an economy of under five. The 2022 season saw the fast bowler register 5/10 in four overs against the Kolkata Knight Riders. He finished with 5/21 from four overs against Royal Challengers Bengaluru earlier in the ongoing 2024 season. Notably, Bumrah shares this record with James Faulkner.
Best economy in winning cause among pacers

Only bowler with fifer against RCB

As per ESPNcricinfo, Bumrah is also the leading wicket-taker versus RCB in the IPL. The right-arm pacer owns 29 wickets from 19 matches at 19.03.
Dominance against Rishabh Pant
Although Rishabh Pant is among the most destructive batters in IPL history, Bumrah has kept him quiet. As per ESPNcricinfo, Bumrah has dismissed the Delhi Capitals star six times across 13 IPL meetings, conceding just 48 runs off 43 balls in this battle. No other bowler has dismissed Pant even five times in IPL.
