Gautam Gambhir led side will host the high-flying Kings XI Punjab in match number 22 of 2018 IPL. With big names in both the sides, picking your fantasy XI is not going to be an easy task. Gayle, Gambhir, Nair, Roy and Iyer
We have opted to go for 5 batsman. Chris Gayle, who is in red-hot form, is a no-brainer in this XI. Gautam Gambhir, Karun Nair, Jason Roy and Shreyas Iyer will be the other batsmen in our Dream XI. Despite Rishabh Pant enjoying the form of his life, we have opted to have KL Rahul as our wicket-keeper.
Glenn Maxwell and Ravichandran Ashwin
Delhi Daredevils' big batsman Glenn Maxwell will be one of the two all-rounders in this line-up. The Daredevils are currently languishing at the bottom of the table and will be hoping their stars rise up to the occasion tonight. Punjab captain Ravichandran Ashwin will be the other all-rounder in this XI. An economical bowler, Ashwin is sure to bag a couple of wickets.
Andrew Tye, Mujeeb Rahman and Rahul Tewatia
Mujeeb Ur Rahman will have a huge say in this match. One of the most difficult bowlers to read in this IPL, Mujeeb concedes few runs. Andrew Tye has been excellent in his death-over spell and will be a key player for his side tonight. Rahul Tewatia will be the third bowler to complete this line-up.
Captain and vice-captain
If you want the most number of points from this XI, then Chris Gayle has to be your captain. The West Indian has been in a different dimension, striking the ball cleanly and scoring runs at will. If he gets going tonight, there is no stopping him. We will be taking a gamble by making Glenn Maxwell our vice-captain.
