The wedding reception is scheduled to be held later in the evening. Here's more on this.
Duo got married under Special Marriage Act
Samson had announced his relationship with Charulatha in September. The duo's wedding was solemnized under the Special Marriage Act as Sanju is a Christian and Charulatha is a Hindu Nair. "There were just 30 of us from both the families and it was a very simple function," said Samson. He added that they are very happy that they got blessings from both the families.
Some magical moments from the cricketer's wedding
Couple had known each other since graduation
The couple had known each other since their graduation at the Mar Ivanois College in Thiruvananthapuram, and Charulatha is currently doing her post-graduation. This was the only time for the duo to get married since Kerala isn't playing the ongoing round of Ranji Trophy 2018/19.
Young love!!
Meanwhile, Samson facing tough time returning to national team
Meanwhile, 24-year-old Samson is expected to play Kerala's next match of the season against Punjab, which will start next week. However, Samson has been having trouble making a comeback in national team since 2015. In Vijay Hazare trophy, he managed 115 runs in six innings while in the Ranji trophy, he has just scored 198 in eight innings so far.
