Manchester City are Premier League 2018-19 champions
Manchester City have sealed the Premier League 2018-19 trophy on a dramatic final day of the season. In game-week 38, City came back from behind to beat Brighton, away from, home 4-1. Liverpool went on to beat Wolves at home, but ended up finishing second. Chelsea and Tottenham finished third and fourth respectively. Here are the details.

Fantastic City thrash Brighton to end with 98 points
City went on to retain the title and ended the season with 98 points. Pep Guardiola became the third manager in Premier League history to win back-to-back titles. Glenn Murray stunned the visitors in the first half with a well taken goal. But City rallied on to equalize through Sergio Aguero within a minute. They added three more to be crowned champions.
Mane double sees Liverpool win against Wolves
The Reds, who were fantastic all season, ended their campaign by beating Wolves 2-0 at home. The Reds needed City to drop points, but unfortunately that didn't happen. Jurgen Klopp's men finished second with 97 points in their bag. This was Liverpool's best tally in a Premier League campaign. Mane netted two goals to end as the league's joint-top goal-scorer.
Chelsea, Spurs finish in top four, Arsenal win against Burnley
Chelsea finished third after a 0-0 draw away at Leicester City. The Blues finished with 72 points. Tottenham took the fourth place after an entertaining 2-2 draw against Everton at home. They finished one place and one point above Arsenal. The Gunners beat Burnley 3-1 away from home. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored twice to end the season with 22 goals and the joint-top goal-scorer.
Sloppy United lose 0-2 against Cardiff
Manchester United's difficult campaign ended with a loss at home against the relegated Cardiff City. This was the second successive match in which United dropped points against two relegated sides this season. The Old Trafford unit ended the season with just 66 points.
