Bad string of luck
First it was blisters, now an ankle injury
Sitting out the tournament in Paris comes as a major blow to the World number 20.
He had already withdrawn from the Italian Open.
Chung rose to fame when he beat Djokovic en route to the Australian Open semi-final, where he met Tennis legend Roger Federer.
Chung lost to Federer after severe blisters hindered his progress in the semi-final.

Injury halts the red-hot South Korean
The rising star has been one of the best players in 2018.
Of the 9 tournaments the 22-year-old has played this year, he has managed to reach, at least, the quarterfinal in 7 of them.
For now, all he can do is hope that he recovers for the grass season.
He would be looking to stake a claim on Wimbledon.
