Chelsea players with 30-plus Premier League goals in a season
Chelsea have boosted their chances to gain an European berth for the next season after enjoying a 5-0 win over West Ham United in the Premier League on Sunday. After 35 matches, Chelsea have 54 points to be placed 7th. In the win over West Ham, the sensational Cole Palmer scored one goal, taking his involvement to 30-plus Premier League goals this season.

Cole Palmer has been sensational this season
Palmer has 21 goals and nine assists in the ongoing Premier League season. As per Squawka, Palmer is the second Chelsea player to have been directly involved in 30+ goals in a debut Premier League campaign for Chelsea, joining Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink (2000-01). Palmer also became the fifth different Chelsea player to be involved in 30-plus Premier League goals in a season.
Eden Hazard delivered for Chelsea in 2018-19
Eden Hazard was a Chelsea legend, making 245 appearances in the Premier League. He scored 85 goals and made 54 assists. The two-time Premier League champion, won the Player of the Season award in 2014-15. However, it was the 2018-19 season when Hazard was unstoppable. Hazard was involved in 31 goals in 2018-19. He managed 16 goals and provided 15 assists from 37 appearances.
Didier Drogba won the Golden Boot award in 2009-10
Former legend Didier Drogba made 254 Premier League appearances for Chelsea, scoring 104 goals and making 55 assists. Drogba went on to win the Premier League title four times and was adjudged the Golden Boot award twice (2006-07 and 2009-10). In 2009-10, Drogba was involved in 39 goals. He scored 29 goals and made 10 assists from 32 Premier League appearances.
Frank Lampard was involved in 30-plus goals (season) twice
Frank Lampard was one of Chelsea's best players to have represented the London club. Having also played for West Ham and Manchester City, Lampard finished with 177 goals and 102 assists. The three-time Premier League champion was involved in 30-plus goals in a campaign twice for Chelsea. In 2009-10, he managed 22 goals (A14). In 2004-05, Lampard clocked 13 goals (A18).
Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink was the first with the record
Two-time Premier League Golden Boot winner Hasselbaink represented Chelsea across four seasons. He scored 69 Premier League goals for the Blues in 136 appearances. Hasselbaink also played for Leeds United, Middlesbrough and Charlton Athletic in the Premier League. Overall, he scored 127 goals (A58). In his debut season for Chelsea in 2000-01, Hasselbaink scored 23 goals and registered nine assists.
