India vs West Indies: Why did Harbhajan Singh slam BCCI?
Former Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh has lashed out at the BCCI for not including Rohit Sharma in the Test squad for the two-match series against West Indies. Earlier, former captain Sourav Ganguly had voiced the same opinion. These legends believe that Sharma's impressive performance in the recently concluded Asia Cup should have helped him book a place in the squad. Further details follow.

What did Sourav Ganguly have to say?
Ganguly, who was also impressed with Sharma's performance in the Asia Cup, took to Twitter to express his surprise on Sharma not making it to the Test squad again. India will be led by Virat Kohli, who is back to international cricket after being kept out of the Asia Cup. Further, Dada thinks Rohit's inclusion in the Test squad isn't far away.

How has Sharma fared in Test matches?
Rohit Sharma was included in the squad for India's tour of South Africa where he failed to make a mark, scoring 11, 10, 10 and 47 in four innings. Notably, his Test average outside India is not at all impressive (25.36). It can be argued that the selectors have made the decision, keeping the upcoming Australian tour in mind.
