Incident details
Ravindra's injury: A detailed account
Ravindra, fielding in the deep, misjudged a catch and was struck on the head by the ball, likely due to impaired vision from the floodlights.
After the impact, he dived onto the ground, briefly rose to his knees, and sat back on the grass.
Meanwhile, he looked bloodied from the incident, using a towel to stop the bleeding from his head wound.
His participation in the remaining of the tri-series and the subsequent ICC Champions Trophy looks uncertain now.

Medical response and teammate's reaction
Ravindra received immediate medical attention on the field, with two staff members assisting him off the pitch. He was seen pressing a bandage to his head to control the bleeding.
The Pakistan team doctor also rushed in to provide first-aid assistance.
Meanwhile, Glenn Phillips, Ravindra's teammate, and the day's centurion described the incident as a "terrifying moment," but confirmed that Ravindra had remained conscious throughout the ordeal.
Health update
Ravindra's condition and future participation
A NZ Cricket spokesperson told the media that Ravindra underwent a head injury assessment (HIA) after being assisted off the field.
"He sustained a laceration to the forehead which has been addressed and treated at the ground, but is otherwise well," they said.
The spokesperson confirmed Ravindra will continue to be monitored under HIA processes.
Meanwhile, his participation in Tuesday's match against South Africa remains uncertain at this point.
