Teenage striker Mason Greenwood wrote his name into the record books as Manchester United's youngest-ever goal-scorer in an European competition. This was after he netted his first senior goal to help United beat FC Astana 1-0 in their opening Group L clash. His neat piece of skill saw him score in the 73rd minute to give United the lead. Gabriel Martinelli was the star of Arsenal's 4-0 drubbing of Standard Liege at home in a crunch Group F encounter last month. The promising 18-year-old Brazilian's first and second goals came within a space of three minutes. He also set up Dani Ceballos later on. Martinelli scored two superb goals and showed why he is a rising talent for Arsenal.
High-flying Sevilla script third successive victory
Sevilla are one of the favorites in the Europa League 2019-20 season. The Spanish side has been on a thrilling ride to seal three successive wins. They are a victory away from gaining qualification to the next round. Sevilla's best moment came when they thrashed Dudelange 3-0 and seal their third win on the road. Franco Vazquez scored a brace to keep them roaring.
Alkmaar take Astana for a ride
AZ Alkmaar equaled the record margin of victory for a UEFA Europa League group stage match when they beat Astana 6-0 at home in gameweek 3. This is still the highest goal-scoring affair this season. Alkmaar scored four second half goals to complete the rout.
