Pacer Mustafizur Rahman misses out due to a toe injury.
This is a big blow to Bangladesh, given Rahman's wicket-taking abilities.
The 22-year-old youngster had suffered an injury while playing for Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League 2018 season.
Woes
Injury hampers Bangladesh's preparations
Injury had forced Rahman to miss the recently concluded three-match T20I series against Afghanistan, which was held in Dehradun.
The promising player had impressed during his spell at Mumbai Indians in IPL 2018.
Chief selector Minhajul Abedin stated that, barring a miracle, Mustafizur will not be ready and that's the reason he has been left out.
In 10 Tests, Mustafizur has 26 wickets.

All about West Indies vs Bangladesh Test series
Two Tests are to be played between West Indies and Bangladesh.
The first Test starts in Antigua from July 4 onwards.
The second and final Test will be held in Kingston, Jamaica from July 12 onwards.
Mustafizur has been replaced by right-arm pace bowler Abu Jayed.
The inexperienced bowler has played just 3 T20Is for the Tigers.
