Bangladesh plan to host Pakistan for white-ball series: Details here
What's the story
The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is considering hosting a white-ball series against Pakistan in July-August this year.
The proposed series would feature three One-Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is). However, a final decision is yet to be taken.
The talks were held between PCB chief Mohsin Naqvi and BCB President Faruque Ahmed during the ongoing Champions Trophy in Dubai.
Positive response
BCB and PCB show positive response toward potential series
The BCB has shown interest in hosting Pakistan for the white-ball encounter in July and August.
Bangladesh are set to tour Pakistan in May for three ODIs and as many T20Is, according to the ICC Future Tours Programme (FTP).
"BCB and PCB are in discussion about it (playing three ODIs and three T20Is) and at the moment both boards are positive about it," said Shahriar Nafees, head of cricket operations at BCB.

Bangladesh's upcoming schedule post-Champions Trophy
After the Champions Trophy, Bangladesh will take on Zimbabwe in two Tests in Sylhet and Chattogram, mid-April.
They will also host Sri Lanka in June-July for a total of two Tests, three ODIs, and as many T20Is.
The team's busy schedule does not end here as they will take on India in August-September for three Tests and as many T20Is.

In September, Bangladesh will play the Asia Cup and host the West Indies in October for three Tests and three T20Is.
The year will end with a series against Ireland consisting of two Tests, three ODIs, and as many T20Is.
