What's the story
Team India retained the Border-Gavaskar Trophy after winning the Test series against Australia at their own backyard.
The fourth Test at the SCG ended in a draw, which in turn saw India pocket the series 2-1.
India had earlier won in Adelaide and Melbourne.
This is India's maiden Test series win on Australian soil.

Pant 159*
Pant notches special feats after 159* in Sydney
This was a series that defined Rishabh Pant's rise in Test cricket.
Pant slammed a sublime 159* in the fourth Test at the SCG.
With that century, the 21-year-old Pant became the the first Asian wicket-keeper to score a ton in Tests in Australia.
He also registered the joint-most number of centuries outside Asia among Asian keepers in Test cricket (2).
Gritty Mayank
Mayank shines in his maiden Test series for India
Mayank Agarwal's impact in the series was monumental.
The 27-year-old, who made his debut in the third Test, got scores of 76, 42 and 77 in three innings.
He registered the highest-ever score by an Indian batsman on debut in Australia.
He became the third Indian opener after Sunil Gavaskar and Prithvi Shaw to score two fifties in the first three career innings.

Pujara ends series as top run-scorer
Cheteshwar Pujara ended the series as the highest run-scorer (521).
He smashed three tons. Pujara registered his fifth Test career ton in SENA countries.
With his 193 in Sydney, Pujara notched the fifth highest individual Test score by an Indian in Australia.
He spent 1,868 minutes at the crease in this series.
It is the third most by an Indian in a Test series.

Traditional Pujara breaks Dravid's record
The 30-year-old Pujara faced the most number of deliveries (1,245) by a visiting batsman in Test cricket in a series in Australia (four or fewer Tests).
The previous record was held by the legendary Rahul Dravid (1,203 balls) in 2003/04.
Pujara also joined Dravid and Virat Kohli to slam more than 500 runs in a Test series in Australia.

Kohli notches two special records
Virat Kohli equalled former India skipper Sourav Ganguly for the most away Tests won by an Indian captain (11 wins).
Kohli equalled the legend after India won the third Test at the MCG.
Kohli became the first Indian skipper to pocket a Test series on Australian soil.
He ended 2018 with 1,138 away Test runs.
It saw Kohli surpass Dravid's 2002 record (1,137 runs).
Bumrah's heroics
Fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah stole the show at the MCG
Jasprit Bumrah, who picked 6/33 at the MCG, became the second most successful Indian pacer on Australian soil in a Test innings.
Kapil Dev (8/106) has the best record by an Indian bowler.
He picked a total of nine wickets in Melbourne.
JB scripted the best bowling figures by an Indian bowler at the MCG.
He ended with the most wickets in the series.
Australia
Australia follow-on at home for 1st time in 31 years
India became the first team to enforce follow-on on Australia at their own backyard for the first time 31 years.
India achieved the feat at the SCG.
The visitors amassed 622/7 in the first innings and then dismissed the hosts for 300.
England were the last team to achieve the feat in 1988.
India had done it earlier in 1986.
