Australia, England to play historic Day-Night MCG Test in 2027
What's the story
Australia and England will celebrate the 150th anniversary of Test cricket with a special day-night match.
The match will be played from March 11-15, 2027, at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG).
Notably, the venue is historically significant as it hosted the first-ever Test match in 1877 and the Centenary Test in 1977.
That game was also played between the Ashes rivals.
