The disclosure was made during a special segment with Star Sports, marking his 16th anniversary in international cricket. In this 'Rapid Fire' session, Kohli was asked to choose between Mumbai Indians and Kolkata Knight Riders as his preferred nemisis. Surprisingly, he opted for the Shah Rukh Khan-owned franchise. Kohli has scored 962 runs at 38.48 against the Knight Riders in the IPL.
Rivalry with KKR
Kohli's journey in the IPL has been marked by intense competition, particularly with KKR. The two teams have faced off 34 times, with KKR securing victory in 20 matches and Kohli's side winning just 14.
