The 10 year challenge is about a person posting a photo taken a decade ago and placing it beside a photo of 2019. The challenge is also being referred as #HowHardDidAgingHitYou. Things changed for the positive when the challenge quickly got dubbed as the #GlowUp challenge. This refers to how well people have aged over time.
