ZTE S30 Pro confirmed to debut on March 30
Chinese tech giant ZTE will launch a new S30 Pro model in its home country on March 30, the company has confirmed. Alongside the handset, the company will also announce its new '1+2+N' ecosystem. As for the highlights, the S30 Pro will come with quad rear cameras, an OLED display, and Android 11 support. Here's our roundup.
The phone will boast of a 144Hz display
Not much is known about the ZTE S30 Pro's front design but on the rear, it will offer a gradient-colored glass body and a rectangular-shaped quad camera module with a unique texture. The handset is likely to bear a 6.9-inch Full-HD+ (1080x2400 pixels) OLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate and an integrated fingerprint sensor.
It will pack a 44MP selfie camera
The ZTE S30 Pro will sport a quad rear camera unit comprising a 64MP (f/1.79) primary sensor and three other lenses, details of which are unclear at the moment. For selfies, it will offer a 44MP front-facing camera.
It will draw power from a Snapdragon 888 processor
The ZTE S30 Pro is likely to be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It will run on Android 11-based MyOS and may pack a 5,000mAh battery with fast-charging support. In terms of connectivity, the device should offer support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, 5G, GPS, a headphone jack, and a Type-C port.
