ZTE launches two new smartphones with triple rear cameras
Chinese smartphone manufacturer ZTE has launched two new pocket-friendly handsets in its home country. Titled as Blade A7s and Blade 20 Smart Xiaoxin edition, both phones come with waterdrop notched design, triple rear cameras, and entry-level internals. Notably, there is no word on the availability of these smartphones outside of China, as of now. Here's more.
First, let's take a look at these phones
Both the Blade A7s and Blade 20 Smart Xiaoxin smartphones sport a waterdrop notched design with noticeable bottom bezels to offer 89% and 91.1% screen-to-body ratio, respectively. On the rear, the former houses vertically stacked triple rear cameras, while the latter features a square-shaped camera module along with a physical fingerprint scanner.
What about display?
As for display, the Blade A7s sports a 6.1-inch LCD screen with a full-HD+ resolution and 19.5:9 aspect ratio, while the Blade 20 Smart comes with a 6.49-inch LCD display with an HD+ resolution.
For the shutterbugs and selfie lovers
In the imaging department, both the Blade A7s and Blade 20 Smart sport a triple rear camera setup comprising a 16MP primary lens, a 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 2MP tertiary sensor to capture depth details. Up front, the Blade A7s houses a 5MP selfie shooter, while the Blade 20 Smart offers a 16MP selfie snapper.
Under the hood
The Blade A7s is fueled by MediaTek Helio P22 chipset, while the Blade 20 Smart draws power from MediaTek Helio P60 processor. As for memory option, the former gets 4GB RAM and 64GB of expandable storage, while the latter is available in 4GB/128GB configuration. Under the hood, the Blade A7s packs a 4,000mAh battery and the Blade 20 Smart houses a 5,000mAh battery.
Connectivity options and sensor details
Talking about connectivity options, both Blade A7s and Blade 20 Smart come with support for dual-SIMs (Nano), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, micro-USB port, and headphone jack. Lastly, both models pack all standard sensors including an accelerometer, proximity and e-compass.
Finally, what about pricing and availability?
The ZTE Blade A7s is priced at CNY 799 (approximately Rs. 8,100) and the Blade 20 Smart Xiaoxin edition costs CNY 999 (approximately Rs. 10,100). The former is available for purchase in China, while the latter will go on sale from October 25. Meanwhile, there is no word on the availability of these phones outside China market, as of now.
