Xiaomi's sub-brand Redmi is gearing up to expand its product portfolio in India. The company has shared a video teaser that claims the brand would enter a new product category on February 11. The mysterious teaser reveals a laptop-like device with a metallic body and a slim form-factor, suggesting the new product could be the Redmibook 13 that went official in China in December.

The RedmiBook went official in China in December alongside the Redmi K30 5G handset. The new model comes with ultra-slim bezels, a premium-looking metallic body, improved fan design, and 10th-generation Intel Core processors. In China, it is priced at 4,199 yuan (approximately Rs. 43,000).
