Xiaomi will launch Redmi Note 7 in India on February 28. So far, the phone has received a lot of hype, thanks to its 48MP camera and novel design. However, Samsung has upped the ante by announcing its camera-centric Galaxy A50 smartphone. It is expected to be launched in India on February 27. But which one is worth your money? Here's our specs-wise comparison.

In comparison, the Galaxy A50 is backed by an octa-core 9610 chipset, coupled with 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage (expandable upto 512GB). However, the A50 gets an in-display fingerprint sensor while the Redmi Note 7 bears a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. How things stack up!
Out of the two, the Galaxy A50 is a more premium model with an AMOLED display, in-screen fingerprint sensor, triple cameras, and a far superior processor. However, for something around Rs. 15,000, Redmi Note 7 is a much better option considering its modern design, sharp full-HD+ screen, a mighty 48MP camera and impressive internals including a 4,000mAh battery. Winner: Xiaomi's Redmi Note 7.
