The newly launched Redmi K20 comes as a watered-down variant of the K20 Pro with the same premium design and hardware. From battery to biometrics
Both handsets pack a 4,000mAh battery but the Galaxy A50 supports 15W fast charging while the Redmi K20 comes with slighter faster 18W charging. Further, both the Galaxy A50 and Redmi K20 come with in-display fingerprint sensors and runs on forked versions of Android Pie OS. Pricing: The key factor
With the latest price revision, the Samsung Galaxy A50 4GB/64GB variant now costs Rs. 18,490 (earlier price: Rs. 19,990), while the 6GB/128GB model is retailing at Rs. 21,490 (earlier price: Rs. 22,990). In comparison, Redmi K20 is priced at Rs. 21,999 for the 6GB RAM/64GB configuration and Rs. 23,999 for the 6GB/128GB option.

The Galaxy A50 is a good package of modern design and dependable performance but it trails on almost all fronts when compared to the recently announced Redmi K20. Though the Xiaomi handset is slightly more expensive than the Galaxy A50, the former offers a better design and display, a much superior processor, and definitely more capable cameras.
