    What's the story

As the successor to the Redmi 6-series smartphones, Xiaomi is working to launch the Redmi 7, Redmi 7A and Redmi 7 Pro.

Recently, three new Xiaomi handsets, apparently the Redmi 7-series phones, have passed 3C certification.

And now, Redmi 7 Pro has reportedly been spotted on TENAA, revealing the key specifications and design of the upcoming phone.

    Here's everything we know.

    Connecting the dots

What do 3C and TENAA listings tell us?

The 3C listing showed three new unnamed Xiaomi phone with model numbers M1901F7E, M1901F7T, and M1901F7C.

These phones are likely to be the Redmi 7 series models considering the Redmi 6-series variants came with model numbers starting with "M18".

Further, the TENAA listing shows images of a model number M1901F9T, revealing the design and specs of the model which point towards Redmi 7 Pro.
