Xiaomi POCO F1 will be Flipkart exclusive, suggests teaser
On August 22, Xiaomi's recently announced sub-brand POCO, will launch its first smartphone in India. Dubbed as POCO F1, the phone is touted to pack flagship level specs and will be offered at an affordable price. Now a teaser page has gone live suggesting the POCO F1 will be sold exclusively on Flipkart. Here's everything you need to know.
What does the Flipkart teaser reveal?
The Flipkart page uses the phrase "How Fast You Ask?". Further, the page used similar design and color scheme as previously seen on POCO's official launch teaser. The promotional teaser clearly hints at POCO's high-end internals aimed at performance and speed. It also suggests the POCO F1 phone will be available exclusively via Flipkart and one can expect more teasers in the coming days.

Recently, the global version of POCO F1 - the Pocophone F1 - has appeared in an unboxing video, giving away all the design features and internal specs of the phone. Up front, the POCO F1 will feature a notched display with prominent side bezels and a thick chin. On the back, there's a dual camera setup with a fingerprint sensor and a polycarbonate panel.

Further, the phone will feature a 5.99-inch Full-HD+ (1080 x 2246) IPS LCD display with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and a pixel density of 416 dpi. It will be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor with a liquid cooling system, paired with 6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage with support for microSD card.

What else to expect on POCO F1/Pocophone F1?
The POCO F1 is said to get a dual-camera setup comprising a 12-megapixel and a 5-megapixel dual-pixel autofocus lens. Up front, the phone is said to get a 20-megapixel camera. The leaked video also gives away other features such as a 3.5 mm audio jack, Bluetooth 5.0, and a 4,000mAh battery with Qualcomm QuickCharge 3.0 and USB Type-C port.
Upcoming POCO flagship could start under Rs. 30,000
The Pocophone F1 is expected to start at EUR 420 (Rs. 33,640) for the 6GB/64GB variant and around EUR 460 (Rs. 36,850) for the 6GB/128GB model. At this price point, the phone will be one of the cheapest flagships to sport a Snapdragon 845 processor. It will take on the likes of Honor 10, ASUS ZenFone 5Z, Huawei Nova 3 and OnePlus 6.
