Mi TV v/s OnePlus TV: Which one should you buy?
What's the story
Xiaomi has recently launched a new Mi TV 4X smart television in India. The latest model features a 55-inch 4K screen, Dolby Atmos-powered audio, Android TV interface, and all the latest connectivity options.
Evidently, with these features and a cheaper price tag, it takes on some of the more premium 4K televisions like the OnePlus TV (Q1 model).
So, which one should you buy?
At a glance
OnePlus TV v/s Mi TV 4X 55-inch: Design and display
Design-wise, both TVs are similar, thanks to a non-curved 55-inch screen, metal frame, and ultra-slim bezels.
However, with a 4K HDR10+ QLED display, Dolby Vision support, and an industry-leading color representation (DCI-P3: 96%, NTSC: 120%), the OnePlus TV bears a better screen.
In comparison, the Mi TV is no slouch either, given its HDR10-certified 4K LED display and picture-enhancing Vivid Picture Engine technology.
Winner: OnePlus TV.

Our verdict
How things stack up?
Surely, the OnePlus TV is a more superior offering because of its premium design, high-quality 4K QLED screen, powerful 50W audio, and a smart user interface.
But in comparison, the Mi TV also checks all the right boxes while maintaining an attractive price tag. Hence, considering the massive Rs. 35,000 difference, the choice is simple.
Winner: 55-inch Mi TV 4X.
