Xiaomi Mi Mix 3's sliding camera revealed in new teaser

On October 25, Xiaomi will unveil the Mi Mix 3 smartphone in China.
And thanks to official teasers, we already know that it will be the world's first smartphone to support 5G and feature 10GB of RAM.
In the latest development, a new video teaser has revealed the sliding mechanism and specifications of Mi Mix 3's front camera.

Details
A manual sliding front camera module with dual 24-MP sensors
As per the teaser, the Mi Mix 3's front camera will feature a manual sliding mechanism - unlike motorized selfie cameras on Vivo Nex and OPPO Find X.
This means you could simply slide down the phone's display to reveal the front camera and possibly some 3D face scanning gadgetry.
Moreover, the teaser suggests that front camera setup will comprise dual 24-MP sensors.

According to previous leaks and teasers, we know Mi Mix 3 will feature an edge-to-edge all-screen design with an ultra-slim bottom chin - much like OPPO Find X.
Interestingly, Xiaomi's product marketing director for mobile phones, Zhi Zhiyuan, has revealed that Mi Mix 3 will have a screen resolution of 1080x2340 pixels which translates to a 19.5:9 aspect ratio.

Mi Mix 3 will run on a Snapdragon 845 processor
Like other 2018 flagship smartphones, the upcoming Xiaomi flagship should be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, paired with up to 10GB RAM and possibly up to 512GB of storage.
Moreover, the Mi Mix 3 will offer 5G speeds and this has already been confirmed by the company.
Further, while wireless charging is on the cards, rumors hint an in-display fingerprint sensor as well.

Previous reports suggested Mix 3 will come in two variants
Xiaomi will offer its Mi Mix 3 flagship in two variants - a standard model and a premium variant with ceramic back, according to previous reports. However, it is not yet certain if both or just the premium variant will feature the sliding camera.
Pricing
Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 tipped to start at $510
The 6GB RAM/64GB storage (Standard model) will be priced at $510 while the Ceramic Edition will cost $660.
The 6GB RAM/128GB variant will cost $555 for Standard model and $705 for Ceramic Edition.
The 8GB/128GB option will be listed at $600 and $750 for Standard and Ceramic Editions respectively.
Lastly, the 8GB/256GB variant will cost $645 (Standard model) and $795 for the Ceramic Edition.
