Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 with all-screen design, 10GB RAM launched
Xiaomi has launched its Mi Mix 3 flagship in China today. The key highlights of the phone are its all-screen bezel-less design, sliding dual front-camera, up to 10GB RAM and top end internals featuring Snapdragon 845 processor. The phone sports an all-screen look with an ultra-slim chin to boast a screen-to-body ratio of 93.4% - a design achieved by hiding the front cameras on a sliding mechanism. On the back, there's a glossy-looking glass chassis that houses a dual camera setup and fingerprint sensor. The Mi Mix 3 gets a 6.4-inch full-HD+ (1080x2340 pixels) OLED display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio.

On the rear, the Mi Mix 3 gets a dual-camera setup comprising a 12MP (f/1.8) wide-angle lens, paired with a 12MP (f/2.4) telephoto lens. The primary camera supports 96-fps slow-motion recording, OIS, optical zoom and other AI-powered features such as scene detection and bokeh mode. Up front, the manual slider packs a 24MP+2MP dual camera setup with selfie light and AI-based image enhancement features.

The phone is powered by a Snapdragon 845 processor, coupled with Adreno 630 GPU, upto 10GB of RAM and upto 256GB of internal storage. The Mi Mix 3 supports Google ARCore, runs Android Oreo-based MIUI 10, and packs a 3,850mAh battery with 10W Qi wireless charging support. Further, the phone supports dual-SIM, dual 4G-VoLTE, WiFi 802.11a/c (MIMO), Bluetooth (v5.0), GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C.

The Mi Mix 3 costs CNY 3,299 (around Rs. 34,800) for the 6GB/128GB option, CNY 3,599 (approx. Rs. 37,900) for the 8GB/128GB variant, and CNY 3,999 (approx. Rs. 42,100) for the 8GB/256B model. Further, there's a 10GB/256GB 'Palace Museum' edition which is priced at CNY 4,999 (approx. Rs. 52,700). The phone will be available in China starting November 1.
