Mi Smart Bedside Lamp 2 launched in India via crowdfunding
Expanding its product portfolio, Xiaomi has launched the Mi Smart Bedside Lamp 2 in India via its crowdfunding platform. The smart light comes at an introductory price of Rs. 2,299 and is claimed to offer 16 million colors as well as voice and app-based control. Xiaomi has achieved its crowdfunding goal of 1,000 units but you can still pledge support for the device.
About the Mi Smart Bedside Lamp 2
As the name suggests, the Mi Smart Bedside Lamp 2 is a bedside smart lamp that can be controlled remotely via the Mi Home app. You can also use Alexa, Siri, and Google Assistant to adjust the color and brightness of the lamp or turn it on/off. The lamp also has a physical touch bar that you can use to control various functions.
Mi Smart Bedside Lamp 2 has an 11 years life
The Mi Smart Bedside Lamp 2 is said to offer a brightness of up to 400 lumens and consume 12W of power. It also has built-in mood setting, thanks to a "professional light mixing technology". Xiaomi claims the lamp has a lifespan of 11 years.
Here's how you can buy the Mi Lamp 2
The Mi Smart Bedside Lamp 2 is available via Mi Crowdfunding, Xiaomi's very own crowdfunding platform in India. Notably, the company has successfully completed the target of 1,000 units but you can still place orders till November 5. To place an order, simply log in using your Mi Account credentials, click on the "Support Now" button, and follow the instructions to place the order.
Shipping will commence from December 3
The Mi Smart Bedside Lamp 2 is listed at a discounted price of Rs. 2,299 as against its maximum retail price of Rs. 2,999. Further, all the pre-orders done via the crowdfunding platform will start shipping from December 3 onwards.
