Users can track the repair status of Xiaomi smartphones/devices simply by visiting Mi.com. Here's how!
Xiaomi aims to simplify the process
Xiaomi Vice-President (Global) and Managing Director (India) Manu Kumar Jain announced the rollout of the repair status tracking feature on Twitter. How to track repair status online?
Xiaomi customers can know their devices' service status online in three simple steps. Users need to visit Mi.com and choose "Service Centers" under "Support" tab. Click on "Service Order Status" and enter the Contact/Order/Service/IMEI number or SN and "Confirm" it. Next, they should enter the OTP received on their registered number. After submitting it, the website shows the live repair status of their device.
Offers five-stage tracking
Using the new feature, Mi users can keep track of which stage of repair their device is currently in. It offers a five-stage tracking progress for repairs: under inspection, work in progress, ready for delivery, delivered, and canceled (service order).
