Xiaomi has officially launched the Xiaomi 15 series in India after unveiling it globally at MWC 2025.
The lineup comprises the Xiaomi 15 and the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, both featuring Leica cameras and AI capabilities. These flagships are driven by the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.
However, interestingly, the Ultra model's battery has been reduced from its Chinese variant's 6,000mAh to 5,410mAh in the variant available in India and other global markets.

Pricing and pre-booking details for Xiaomi 15 series
At ₹1,09,999, the 15 Ultra is Xiaomi's most expensive smartphone in the country to date. The Xiaomi 15 is priced at a more palatable ₹64,999.
A special Photography Kit Legend Edition for the Ultra has also been launched at ₹11,999.
Pre-orders will start from March 19 at 5pm IST. Customers pre-ordering the Xiaomi 15 will get a complimentary Xiaomi Care Plan worth ₹5,999, while those opting for the Ultra model can get the Photography Kit Legend Edition for free.

Customers using ICICI Bank cards can get a cashback of ₹10,000 on the Xiaomi 15 Ultra and ₹5,000 on the standard Xiaomi 15 model.

The Xiaomi 15 Ultra distinguishes itself with a 200MP periscope lens, complemented by a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP telephoto with OIS, and a 50MP ultra-wide lens. All cameras have been developed in partnership with LEICA. A 32MP front camera completes the setup.
The standard Xiaomi 15, while still powerful, provides a 50MP LightHunter 900 primary shooter, 50MP ultra-wide, a 50MP 3.2x telephoto camera, and a 32MP OmniVision OV32B40 selfie snapper.
