Vivo Y81 launches next week in India: Specs, price revealed
Vivo is all set to introduce yet another budget smartphone India. The Chinese smartphone maker is expected to launch its Y81 mobile next week. The phone, which has been launched in other countries, is expected to enter India at a price point of Rs. 14,000. The Vivo Y81 gets a metal unibody design with a notch-based display and prominent bottom bezel making up the front. On the back, there's a single camera and an LED flash module. The phone features a 6.22-inch HD+ display with a taller aspect ratio of 19:9. Notably, the phone lacks a fingerprint sensor and relies solely on face unlock technology for unlocking the device.

In terms of optics, the Vivo Y81 gets a 13-megapixel sensor with an aperture of f/2.2 and an LED flash unit. Up front, the phone houses a 5-megapixel camera for taking selfies, video calling and face unlock functionality.

The Vivo Y81 is powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 processor, coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card. Connectivity options on the phone include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. Lastly, the Vivo Y81 packs a 3,260mAh battery and runs Funtouch OS which is based on Android Oreo 8.1.
