Vivo Y12, Y15 to launch in India soon: Details here
As per the latest report, the Chinese tech-giant Vivo is expected to launch budget-range Vivo Y12 and Y15 in India. The key highlights of the phones include their triple rear camera setup, mid-level internals, and a massive 5,000mAh battery. In India, the Vivo Y12 and Vivo Y15 are expected to be priced under Rs. 15,000. Here's more.
Let's have a look at both the phones
In terms of looks, both Vivo Y12 and Y15 will feature a waterdrop notch display with thin bezels around it, and a triple rear camera setup along with a fingerprint sensor on the back. Both the smartphone are expected to sport a 6.35-inch HD+ display with 89 percent screen-to-body ratio. Further, they will be available in Burgundy Red and Aqua Blue colors.
For the shutterbugs and selfie lovers
In terms of optics, both Vivo Y12 and Vivo Y15 are expected to house a triple rear camera setup comprising a 13MP (f/2.2) primary camera, an 8MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide angle sensor, and 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensor. Up front, the Vivo Y12 will offer an 8MP front-facing camera. On the other hand, the Vivo Y15 will sport a 16MP selfie snapper.
Under the hood
Both the Vivo Y12 and Y15 will be powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 chipset. The Vivo Y12 will be available in two variants- 3GB/32GB model and 4GB/64GB model. On the other hand, the Vivo Y15 will come in 4GB/64GB configuration only. Both the phones are backed by a 5,000mAh battery and run Android Pie based FunTouch OS 9.
And, what will be the pocket pinch?
As for the pricing of both the phones, there isn't any official word yet. However, going by the report, the Vivo Y12 and Vivo Y15 are expected to be priced around Rs. 12,000 and Rs. 15,000 in India, respectively.
