Expanding its portfolio of mid-range devices, Vivo has launched the X21s in China. The phone, which succeeds the Vivo X21, comes as a rebranded version of Vivo V11 Pro that arrived in India back in September. The key highlights of Vivo X21s are its full-HD+ AMOLED display, improved in-display fingerprint sensor, a 25MP selfie camera and mid-level internals. Here's our roundup of Vivo X21s.
Vivo X21s: At a glance
Up front, the phone sports a waterdrop notched display with a slim bottom bezel to boast a 91.2% screen-to-body ratio. On the back, the glass panel features a gradient finish and houses a dual rear-camera setup. The Vivo X21s sports a 6.41-inch full-HD+ (1080x2340 pixels) Super AMOLED display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and packs an in-display fingerprint sensor.

In terms of optics, there's dual rear-camera setup comprising a 12-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor, with autofocus and an LED flash. Up front, the Vivo X21s gets a 25-megapixel selfie snapper with AR support and face recognition.

The phone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 AIE chipset, paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage (expandable up to 256GB). The Vivo X21s runs Android Oreo 8.1 out-of-the-box, packs a 3,400mAh battery under the hood, and supports dual SIM (Nano) cards.
