Vivo V9 Pro to be available via offline stores also
Since its launch last month, the Vivo V9 Pro has been available online, exclusively via Amazon and Vivo e-store. However, the Chinese smartphone maker has now announced the offline availability of its latest mid-range smartphone. According to Vivo, the V9 Pro will also be available offline across all Vivo retail partners in India starting October 29. Here's more on pricing, launch offers, and specifications.
Pricing and launch offers
Online, the Vivo V9 Pro now retails for Rs. 17,990 (Launch price: Rs. 19,990). It will be available at the same price via offline channels. In terms of offers, Jio would provide a cashback worth Rs. 1,950 as recharge vouchers and Rs. 2,100 as third-party coupons. Further, on Paytm Mall, users can avail Rs. 2,000 cashback while HDFC cardholders can avail a 5% cashback.
Vivo V9 Pro: At a glance
Up front, the phone gets an edge-to-edge notched display with ultra-small borders and a prominent bottom bezel to boast a 90% screen-to-body ratio. On the back, there's a dual rear camera setup and a fingerprint sensor, both housed in a plain glossy glass panel. The Vivo V9 Pro features a 6.3-inch full-HD+ (1080x2280 pixels) Fullview Display 2.0 with an aspect ratio of 19:9.

In terms of optics, the primary camera on Vivo V9 Pro is a combination of 13-megapixel (f/2.2) and 2-megapixel sensors, paired with an LED flash. Up front, the phone gets a 16-megapixel (f/2.0) camera which offers AI-based features such as Face Beauty and SelfieLighting.

The Vivo V9 Pro is powered by a Snapdragon 660 AIE processor, paired with 6GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage (expandable up to 256GB). The phone runs on Android Oreo 8.1-based Funtouch OS 4.0 and packs a 3,260mAh battery. Further, connectivity options on the V9 Pro include dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/A-GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, and Micro-USB port.
