Vivo T1, with Snapdragon 695 processor, launched at Rs. 16,000
Vivo has expanded its portfolio of affordable 5G handsets in India with the introduction of the T1 5G model. The handset carries a starting price-tag of Rs. 15,990 and will be up for grabs from February 14. It features a 120Hz display, a Snapdragon 695 5G processor, a 50MP primary camera, a 5-layer cooling system and 4GB of extended RAM, among other highlights.

The Vivo T1 5G boasts several "Turbo" features to attract customers. According to the company, it is the slimmest 5G phone in the segment measuring at 8.25mm and also the fastest smartphone to date in the category with an AnTuTu score of over 4,00,000. The phone also gets built-in cooling and a 240Hz touch sampling rate to take on rivals from Xiaomi and Samsung.
The phone has a 6.58-inch LCD display
The Vivo T1 5G sports a waterdrop notch design with rounded corners, a prominent bottom bezel, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The rear panel is fitted with a triple camera module. The handset bears a 6.58-inch Full-HD+ (1080x2408 pixels) IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 240Hz touch sampling rate. It comes in Rainbow Fantasy and Starlight Black color options.
It has a 50MP primary camera
The Vivo T1 5G flaunts a triple rear camera module comprising a 50MP (f/1.8) primary camera, a 2MP (f/2.4) macro snapper, and a 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, it has a 16MP (f/2.0) front-facing lens.
It is powered by Snapdragon 695 5G chipset
The Vivo T1 5G is powered by a Snapdragon 695 5G processor, coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable storage. The handset boots Android 12-based FunTouch OS 12 and packs a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast-charging support. For connectivity, it offers support for dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, a Type-C port, 5G, and GPS.

The Vivo T1 5G costs Rs. 15,990 for the 4GB/128GB model, Rs. 16,990 for the 6GB/128GB model, and Rs. 19,990 for the top-tier 8GB/128GB variant. The handset will go on sale from February 14 via Flipkart, the company's website, and offline stores.
